Deluxe Services ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Elyxir Service, which includes our domain (elyxir.dev) and our Discord Bots (including, but not limited to, Elyxir#1470) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We respect the privacy of our users and we are committed to protecting any information which is provided while using our service. This policy outlines the types of information that may be collected, how it will be used, and how users can request its removal. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Clients ("clients", "servers") are the businesses which utilize our services. Server staff ("owners", "customers", "staff", "server owners") are the collection of individuals who either own a Discord server utilizing our services or are appointed by the owner of said Discord server to be given access to certain aspects of data. The words "include" and "including" means "including but not limited to".
Our Discord bot only stores information that is necessary to provide the services enabled by the server owner. The bot may collect your user identifiers (including User IDs, Usernames, and Discriminators "tags", responses to any form of interaction (including autocomplete, slash commands, modals, select-menus, and buttons), messages, as well as any content provided by the user in the context of using the bot including through managed features such as within a ticket or an application.
When users make a purchase on a Tebex store managed by one of our clients, we may store transaction data that is not personally identifiable; specifically the product details, price, and invoice ID. The data will be retained indefinitely to provide the transaction lookup service we provide to our clients.
Upon submitting information to the bot, such as during a user-created application, the responses you provide will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the proper functioning of the bot.
The information collected by our Discord bot is solely used to provide the bot's intended functionality for our clients. If applicable, your data may be shared with third-party processors including those outlined below.
We provide paid products and/or services with in the service by using third-party services for payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, and Paddle). We will not store or collect your card payment details. That information is provided directly to our third-party processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
Our translation feature is made possible with the Google Translation API, therefore any and all messages sent within a server utilizing this feature may be sent to Google Translation to be translated. We will not store the content of your message, or the result of the translation, beyond the temporary collection and processing of the data.
We may collect non-identifiable usage collection whenever any form of interaction occurs for analytics purposes.
We also provide additional resources in conjunction with our service. Our documentation, https://docs.elyxir.dev, is managed by Gitbook. Their privacy policy is applicable for your usage of that site.
Our service may contain links to other sites which are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control, and assume no responsibility, over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and/or services.
Some functionalities in our service may request you to enter information. For example, our "Applications" system processes responses to user-defined questions. In order to provide this service, we will store responses indefinitely in the interest of server owners. When submitting an application, you should be conscious that it will be shared with server staff and to not submit any data which you do not wish for them to see. We have no control, and assume no responsibility, for the handling of your data by the server staff.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us please contact us.
Users have the right to request the removal of any information which is stored by the bot. To make such a request, please contact us using our 'contact us' section. If you request removal of your data, yet continue to use the bot, we will begin to store your data again as is required for the bot to function properly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
