Deluxe Services ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Elyxir Service, which includes our domain (elyxir.dev) and our Discord Bots (including Elyxir#1470) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The services and resources available on this platform are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Use at your own risk. The use of services and scripts created by us is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your property or loss of data that results from such activities. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of the scripts or services, and we will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection with using, modifying or distributing any of the scripts or services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or from this website shall create any warranty for the scripts or services.

All of our products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any of our products and services at any time for any reason. Prices for all products and services are subject to change.

Purchasing a subscription grants you access to a non-sublicenseable, non-transferable licence which is valid for a single Discord server to use our services, which vary depending on your subscription tier, as long as your usage of your bot complies with our Terms of Service. A licence does not entitle you to our source code, as it is a licence to use our service.

A "one-time" licence is defined as a licence with a duration extended until the point that the service is discontinued, unless your usage of the bot is inhibited by another factor in our Terms of Service.

You do not reserve the right to distribute, sell, or otherwise give the files of the service provided to you from the creator to anyone who the creator has not authorized access to said files.

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of any of our services which you use.

Deluxe Services reserves the right to revoke access to our service without prior notice for breaking our Terms of Service.

We partner with billing providers including Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal to bill for our services. Your data will be processed in accordance with the policies of the provider used for your purchase.

You have a duty to keep your subscription up-to-date and cancel if you no longer wish to use the service. We are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions purchased unless the service is said to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once the service has been discontinued, all one-time orders are said to have been fulfilled in their entirety, and as such are ineligible for a refund unless the service is deemed to have been faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unsolicited chargebacks or disputes through your financial institution will result in a permanent ban from access to services provided by Deluxe Services and affiliated providers.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback for our services, you agree that we may use, share, and implement feedback without providing any compensation to you.

Suggesting a feature, regardless of your licence tier, does not guarantee the implementation of the suggested feature. The enterprise tier offers priority feature requests, meaning that a feature is more likely to be considered and implemented, but does not make guarantee its availability.

Our service will complete actions suitable and appropriate to the interactions you have with the bot. We store identifiers, including Guild IDs, and we may use this to create invites within your server for support purposes. By using our services (including but not limited to any functions on our Discord bot, and subdomains of elyxir.dev) you agree to our privacy policy.
